How can by nipples and testicles be tortured safely?

January 20, 2008
I had the most intense orgasm ever this evening. I went for a massage and ended up experiencing testicle & nipple torture for the first time. I don't think I have ever shot my load like that before. I know it is painful, but could it be harmful? How much is too much?—Anonymous
Sounds like a most stimulating experience! Only you can be the judge of how much is too much for yourself. In general, the rule of thumb to "extreme sex" is that you are not harming yourself as long as you are not in pain. That being said, there are a few more things you need to know.

When engaging in CBT (cock and ball torture) or extreme nipple play, you should always be free from the influence of chemicals. This means not being drunk, high on ecstasy, or satiated with poppers. Chemicals certainly do enhance the experience for some people, but they also allow your body to engage in levels of activity that can be harmful. For example, if your partner started squeezing your testicles too tightly, normally it would hurt and you would tell him to stop. If you were under the influence of chemicals, it may not hurt and you would continue, even though your testicles were being squeezed too tightly.

Another rules is that you should never completely restrict the blow flow to any part of your body. The safe cockring test is a good way of avoiding this. When you wear a cockring, you should always be able to slide a finger between the cockring and your body. If you are not able to do so, then the ring is too tight and you are risking potential harm. As your partner is working over your body and he does anything that may restrict the bloodflow, always remember the cockring test, and make sure your partner is not restricting the blow flow to your cock or balls for more than a few seconds.

And of course, monitor yourself for the few days after an experience. If you experience any swelling, pain, or other side effects, you will want to tone down your experiences. It's one thing to have a little bruise on your nipples. It's another things entirely if your testicles throb in agony for a day or two.—Aaron Lawrence
