Is my foreskin oversensitizing my dick?

I am uncircumcised and my foreskin does not retract over my cockhead when I am hard. I think this condition is called phimosis. While this has it's advantages by giving me multiple orgasms, it makes my dick so sensitive that I can't stand getting blown and I lose my hardon. Fucking a guy only lasts about ten seconds before I cum too. What can I do to either loosen my foreskin safely or to desensitize my cock? I've done the roll back the foreskin in the shower deal, but that doesn't help. Circumcision ain't gonna happen! Got any suggestions?
