Is my foreskin oversensitizing my dick?

January 20, 2008
I am uncircumcised and my foreskin does not retract over my cockhead when I am hard. I think this condition is called phimosis. While this has it's advantages by giving me multiple orgasms, it makes my dick so sensitive that I can't stand getting blown and I lose my hardon. Fucking a guy only lasts about ten seconds before I cum too. What can I do to either loosen my foreskin safely or to desensitize my cock? I've done the roll back the foreskin in the shower deal, but that doesn't help. Circumcision ain't gonna happen! Got any suggestions?—Anonymous
Hmm! Interesting that you have such a sensitive dick. Phimosis traditionally causes a guy to have less sensitivity in their dick, not more. But hey, don't complain if it works!

To be honest, you're in a bit of a bind. There are no ways to loosen up the foreskin or stretch it out. Nor are there any easy ways to desensitize your cock. You may want to try a desensitizing cream. Some adult bookstores and website sell them. Thick condoms may do the trick for you as well. Just be sure you read the label on the desensitizing cream first. Sometimes they contain oils that can't be used with condoms.

Perhaps your issue isn't the sensitivity of your foreskin, but rather that you prematurely ejaculate. That is a common condition in men. One way to deal with this is to teach yourself desensitization by getting yourself close to an orgasm and then stopping to cool down. Then get close again and slow down. Keep doing this until your body is able to last longer on it's own. Another approach is involves squeezing the head of your dick or pressing the area between your balls and your ass when you are nearing your orgasm. Desensitization and squeezing/pressing are sometimes done together for maximum effect.

If worse comes to worse, you may want to talk to your doctor about medical options. Sometimes low dosages of antidepressants prevent a person from blowing their load so fast. Of course medication isn’t necessarily an ideal solution, so you may want to rethink your stance on circumcision instead.—Aaron Lawrence
