Is it safe to let a guy piss in my mouth?

Is it safe to let a guy piss in my mouth? I was recently with a new partner (one-night stand) and he wanted to piss in my mouth. I wouldn’t let him because I thought that it must be toxic, but he laughed at me and said that guys do that all the time. I know that he is HIV- but I’m still not sure about this piss thing.
You made a smart decision. Your partner was wrong. Urine can contain germs from genital gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, urinary tract infections, prostatitis, epididymitis, genital warts, and the like.
Keep in mind too that urine is your body’s way of ridding it of excess chemicals and waste products. If you drink someone’s urine, you’re putting them right back in your body. This can cause all sorts of unexpected medical problems. Those with high blood pressure will have to limit their salt intake. If you drink someone’s pee that is full of salts, you may be putting yourself in danger.
Many legal and illegal drugs are also passed through the system through urine. If your partner has been taking in chemicals not natural to his body, you may be imbibing them as well. Whether or not there will be any effect on you depends on the type of drug, the amount, your body weight, and your individual chemistry.
Blood pressure, drug, and disease issues aside, drinking urine does not present any significant risks.

Sorry, friend. You’re wrong. Well, sorta. Urine begins as a sterile substance when the body produces it, but when it is stored in your bladder and passes through the urethra, urine can pick up all sorts of bacteria.A good example of this is penile gonorrhea. Urine begins as sterile, but picks up the gonorrhea bacteria as it passes through an infected person’s urethra. If a person drinks that urine, they may contract oral gonorrhea. If the infected person pees up someone’s ass, they may give anal gonorrhea to their partner.
Not having sex with an obviously infected person doesn’t work, either. Penile gonorrhea doesn’t always have symptoms. Other diseases, such as HPV (read: genital warts) may be inside the urethra and not visible from the outside. Moral of the story? Drink it if you want, but be aware of the risks.
So your grandfather's advice works so long as you don't have any secondary infections that get added to the urine on the way out. Relating back to the original question, urine is safe to drink so long as you don't have a problem with what is in the urine (high salt levels, drugs, etc.) and no infections are added on the way out.

As for the diseases, chances are if you are with a trick you have allready sucked his cock, and possibly swallowed his cum, and so have allready been exposed. By that point, it becomes a matter of personal preference. And yes, there are things in urine that are waste products from your blood, but ingesting them will not hurt you unless you are drinking massive quantities. (i.e. enough to throw off your body chemistry.) Another way around it is to let them piss in your mouth but let it run out, no one said you had to swallow. ;)

Aaron, I may have to disagree with you. Although urine passes toxins did you know that Urine is actually STERILE when it leaves the body, and can be used as an antiseptic? Strange I know, but true.Just do a google or yahoo search, you will see how many medical sites confirm this. There is actually something called Urine therapy, whereby people drink urine to cure certain diseases. I am not sure sure about the latter, but I do know for certain it is a great antiseptic. Once when i was small, my grandfather and I were out but nowhere near a town or city, when I fell and cut my knee. He told me to pee on it. Yikes, I was grossed out and refused. He told me either I piss on it, or he would piss on it to disinfect the wound. Naturally, i yanked pout my pecker and peed like crazy. Next day, my doctor agreed and said it was a wise thing to do, and yes urine is sterile.
Hope this was informative. Cheers
