When I was 12-years old, I used to have a nine inch woody with a size 32 waist jeans, and I was able to shoot across the room. I now have a six inch dick, and have a 36 waist. My concern is not that my dick shrunk. (I pondered that because I'm a 36 waist now) I don't shoot anymore. It just drips about 20 to 25 times (in orgasm) and when I'm done with that, there comes a few more drops just minutes after I've pulled up my jeans.
My suspicion is that over the past nine years your memory has become a bit distorted. There a few enough human males that have nine inch dicks, much less at age 12. There may easily be a logical explanation, such as when you measured your dick at that age, you held the ruler by the wrong end. It is much more logical to think you had a three-inch dick at the time that has since grown to six, than a nine inch dick that has shrunk by a third.
As for cumming, you're quite normal. Many men find after puberty that they stop "shooting" and start "pouring." It has to do with the maturity of your body, the frequency of your orgasm, and the technique used to give you an orgasm. For example, I always pour my loads out of my dick unless someone jacks me off or I haven't cum in days. In that case my cum flies all over the place, sometimes hitting me in the face.
