Will my super-tight foreskin rip during sex?

I'm a young guy and I don't know what to do. I have foreskin that won't fully go down over the head. It's really tight and I fear that I'll rip my skin if I pull too hard or if I have sex without a condom.
Why not use a water-based lube when you jack off or fuck someone? Using lots of lube though will allow you to easily slide your dick in someone's hand, butt, or wherever else you want to put it. I personally suggest Wet for jacking off and ForPlay for anal sex. Drop by your local sex shop and pick up a bottle of lube. Or if you're shy, visit any mainstream condom shop and pick up a bottle there. I'd advise against KY although it may work in a pinch. KY doesn't lubricate as well as other water-based lubricants and becomes dry and tacky fast.
