Does stomach acid destroy the AIDS virus?

January 21, 2008
I am a natural born cocksucker. I really love it. However, I am concerned about getting AIDS. I never suck if I have a sore in my mouth, but I am still concerned. Will stomach acid destroy the AIDS virus?—Anonymous
I thought I knew the answer to this question but checked in with Doc Goldstone to be sure. I was right--yes, stomach acid does kill the HIV virus.

Unfortunately, the risk of contracting HIV from giving oral sex occurs before the virus hits your stomach. It occurs in your mouth and your throat. Not sucking cock when you have a sore is a good move, but keeping your gums healthy is also important. If your gums bleed or you have a history of gum disease, you can contract HIV through that as well. (Ask your doctor or dentist for advice on healing those up. I suspect he'll give you advice about brushing after every meal, using mouthwash, and flossing between those teeth!). Not having sex when you have a sore throat is an obvious way to minimize that direction, but unfortunately, it's not foolproof.

Matter o' fact, none of these tips on protecting yourself against oral sex are 100% effective. You have to decide for yourself what risks you are willing to take. If you want to suck cock and swallow cum all the time, then by all means do so, but be prepared to accept the risks of your actions. If you'd prefer to play it safe, then don't allow your partners to shoot in your mouth and have them wear condoms (unlubricated, please!) instead. Or you can choose a middle-ground, which is what most people do. It makes oral sex taste better, but as with all gambling, once in a great while your number will come up.—Aaron Lawrence
