How do I get rid of the small bumps on the head of my dick?

I'm a 17 year-old gay guy. I have small bumps on the edge of the head of my penis. I know there are more men like me, but how do I lose them?
From the sounds of it, the bumps are not a sexually transmitted disease. I can't say for sure of course, and you didn't send me a close-up picture to show my medical consultant. As long as the bumps are not inflamed, painful, oozing fluid, or new within the past year, they’re nothing to worry about. Many men (if not most) have tiny bumps around the head of their dick. These are normal and nothing you need to remotely be concerned about.
If you really are concerned about your dick, ask your own doctor about it next time you see him. He'd be glad to take a peek and let you know if anything is wrong. Otherwise, hang in there. You're probably normal and just fine.
