Why do my balls hurt when someone sucks them?

January 20, 2008
I love to suck on my partners balls. This is something he enjoys a lot. Alas, the pain is unbearable when he attempts to suck my balls even gently. What do you think is causing this problem?—Anonymous
A better question is to ask yourself whether your balls hurt in other circumstances. If your balls twinge and feel pain in other situations then you should head in and have a urologist check you out. There may be some sort of problem that needs addressing. As long as you have a clean bill of health though, don't worry about it. Having your balls sucked isn't all that important in bed, and you can easily enjoy yourself in other ways.

Oh, and keep in mind that some people love having their balls licked but not sucked. I was that way for many years. Now I enjoy it if someone sucks my balls very gently, of if they do both at the same time. But if someone sucks one of my balls but not the other I practically start to scream in agony. Other than that my balls are just fine. Perhaps you're the same way.

So if your balls are fine the rest of the time, just ask your partner not suck on them. Everyone is wired a little differently, and perhaps your balls simply need more gentle handling than most.—Aaron Lawrence
