What should I do about blood blisters on my balls?

I have developed small blood blisters on my balls (scrotum to be exact). My doctor checked them out and said it was from too aggressive itching. With the help of your medical advisors, is there anything I can do to get rid of them? Something over the counter? I have about 10 of them, and I get a lot of strange stares once they are seen by men. I shave "the boys", but the blood blisters remain.
According to Dr. Goldstone, it sounds like you may have "hemangiomas". They are not from itching, and just "happen to happen." They can become a serious problem if they become infected. So go see a urologist (not the one you saw before), and get a second opinion. Hopefully he can help you clear up your problem.
