Has the hole in my dick been getting bigger?

When I pee (before and after cumming) I pee like a windshield-washer fluid spray, not to mention that the hole is a lot larger than when I was 12-years old. Is this normal?
I'm not quite sure what you mean by a windshield-washer fluid spray. Do you mean a big, thick stream? If so, you simply have a bigger hole in your urethra than many guys. As long as you can pee without making a mess all over everything, you're just fine. If you meant that your urine comes out as more of a conical-shaped spray, then you'll want to see a urologist about the matter. Unless you have been doing something to enlarge the hole in your dick over the years then it’s just a natural matter of your development. At age 12 you were just beginning puberty whereas now you are through it. Your body naturally changes during this process, and apparently the hole in your dick changed along with it. As long as it’s functioning correctly it’s nothing to worry about.
