Is eating before oral sex a bad idea?

About swallowing cum - Is it best to eat something first before swallowing or will that get in the way of the acids in the stomach needed to kill any germs? I tend to get a little irritated stomach/sometimes bloating after I swallow a good load.
No need to go out and have lunch before you suck dick. Your stomach acids will do the job of killing HIV just fine. The real risk to your health if transmission in your mouth. Of course that's HIV we're speaking of. Other maladies, such as hepatitis and parasitic infections, will not be stopped by your stomach acids at all.
From more of a practical standpoint, it's good not to eat for a while before giving oral sex. A full stomach makes it more likely you'll gag while sucking.
