Did giving a blowjob cause my diarrhea?
January 20, 2008
I recently hooked up with a virgin from a local college. I gave him his first blowjobs, and figured out that his cum gives me diarrhea real bad for about 6 hours afterwards. I ran him to the STD clinic, but they didn't find anything wrong. Any idea what's up? Everything functions ok - and the guy can shoot REAL good distance and volume. The guy is Asian, if that makes any difference - but I can't figure out why it would. I thought I saw just a little puffiness behind one of his nuts, but the clinic dismissed that as nothing.
Since you've already checked with a doctor, I feel a bit safe going out on a limb here. Have you had sex with him more than once? Or was that just a one-time occurrence? I'd be willing to bet that what happened was a coincidence, and that your diarrhea was caused by something other than your virgin friend.
The key issue here is what caused you to have diarrhea only six hours after having sex with him. Most STDs don't have that symptom anyway, and even those that do (parasitic infections, for example) take one to two weeks after you are infected. I'd be willing to bet a lot of money that if you sucked him off again you wouldn't have the same reaction.
To be honest, what I'm more concerned with is what psychological damage your friend might have. He has his first sexual experience with a guy, only to have the guy drag him off to a clinic claiming he has an STD. That is hardly the sort of romantic experience we dream our first time would be! As his first, you have an obligation to make sure he came to no harm from the sex you two had together. That includes his mental state, so you need to make a point of checking in with your friend to make sure he is still doing okay and hasn't given up on sex entirely.
