Will drinking piss from a crack user mess with drug testing?

I have a question in regards to watersports when it comes to drinking piss. I am 46 & drank the piss of a 21 year-old four times in one night, then had blood/piss test. The results said I had opium (cocaine) in my system. I do not do drugs but found out from the guy I drank the piss from before my test that he smokes crack cocaine. Can you have trace of cocaine in your system from drinking the piss of a guy who smokes crack?
I know sex far more than I know drugs, but isn't opium completely different from cocaine? Either way, I am not away of any studies about the effects of drinking piss on drug testing. So while it does seem somewhat logical that you may have traces of cocaine, I don't think anyone can say for sure if that's where it came from.
