Does rimming escorts cause me to become sick?

I have a question regarding rimming. On two different occasions with two different escorts, I started vomiting for several hours approximately 36 hours after the session. In one case I also got a cold sore on my upper lip. With the second escort I have done it two other times with no repercussions. What is the cause? Should I give up rimming or stop rimming so deeply?
Relax and don’t panic, friend. It doesn’t sound like you contracted any STDs. Throwing up is not normally a symptom associated with sexually transmitted diseases. It doesn’t sound like your cold sore was herpes, either. Herpes sores are usually in clusters rather than singly. If it comes back again though see your doctor to have it cultured just in case.
Although I don’t know the cause of your ailments, I believe they have nothing to do with sex. As I said, rimming does not normally cause those symptoms. How deeply or thoroughly you rim has nothing to do with your risk of STDs as well. I can offer you one piece of advice though. Get yourself vaccinated for both Hepatitis A and B. They're serious illnesses you can very easily get through rimming. There is no sense in risking these two diseases when a few inexpensive injections will render you immune.
