About AdviceGeek

AdviceGeek provides smart gay sex advice for men who have sex with men.

Toward that goal, Aaron Lawrence (and hopefully in the future, others) answer gay sex advice questions from real people.

The first 386 questions on the site are from an old column Aaron used to write called Aaron's Advice. The column was popular but was highly time consuming and eventually Aaron dropped the project. The answers have been brought up-to-date and reposted for your educational use.

AdviceGeek is a for-profit website. Because of its explicit nature, many logical business partners such as PayPal (for donations) or Amazon.com (who sells books on gay sex advice) refuse to deal with AdviceGeek. Therefore AdviceGeek displays gay porn website advertisements as a way of generating income. If you would like to support AdviceGeek, you can join one of those sites today.

AdviceGeek opened to the public in January, 2008.

Aaron

Aaron Lawrence is the geek behind AdviceGeek. In addition to writing most of the advice you read here, he is the technology person responsible for AdviceWare, the software that runs this site. When not getting into mischief Aaron enjoys tinkering and improving AdviceWare functionality and welcomes all ideas and suggestions how to improve his work.

Regarding Aaron's qualifications for writing this column, at one time or another Aaron has worked as a writer, porn star, porn producer, escort, webmaster, and more. Aaron admits that he has slept with over one thousand men. As a by-product of getting around so much, Aaron has learned a lot of insights into sex that may not occur to others. And when questions come up that Aaron is not qualified to answer (medical questions, for example), Aaron is smart enough to research sites written by those that do know what they are talking about.

Aaron's books can be found on amazon.com. The first is Suburban Hustler: Stories of a Hi-Tech Callboy. The second is The Male Escort's Handbook: Your Guide to Getting Rich the Hard Way. The Male Escort's Handbook is now out of print, although Aaron still has several boxes of copies. Those interested in purchasing that book can e-mail Aaron directly.

Aaron also runs GayGeek, a gay adult website review site.

Aaron currently lives in suburban New Jersey with his lover of 15+ years and their three three-legged cats.
